Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic conditions for using CATCH. The legal company name, address, support email, payment provider, and refund policy will be updated here when the actual operating details are finalized.
1. Service definition
CATCH is a local media download tool for Windows + Chrome that helps users detect and save non-DRM content they have permission to store.
2. Permitted use
You may use CATCH only for content you own, have permission to save, or are otherwise allowed to download.
3. Content rights and user responsibility
You are responsible for complying with copyright, licenses, service terms, and applicable law relating to the content you choose to download.
4. Copyright
CATCH is not provided for the purpose of infringing third-party copyright. Saving or redistributing content without authorization may be prohibited.
5. No DRM circumvention
CATCH does not provide DRM circumvention, DRM removal, DRM-key acquisition, or features intended to bypass access controls on protected streaming services.
6. Service availability
Some content may not be detected or downloaded because of a site's delivery method, network conditions, browser changes, security policies, or DRM. CATCH does not guarantee operation on every website or with every media source.
7. FREE / PRO
FREE is ₩0 and includes limits such as up to 1080p, 1 concurrent download, and up to 5 successful downloads per day. PRO is ₩9,900 per month or ₩99,000 per year and includes the currently published PRO feature set.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Payment functionality will be connected after the actual payment provider and operating policy are finalized. Current payment provider status: To be announced .
9. Refund policy
The refund policy will be published after it is finalized based on the actual payment method, regions served, and applicable law. No unconfirmed refund terms are presented as active policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as currently available and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or successful downloading of every media source.
11. Ending account or service use
If account-based features are introduced, users may be able to request account or subscription cancellation. The actual process will be disclosed when the account system is introduced.
